This app is the [OFFICIAL] replacement of the Tigo driver in the solar panels app.
Connect your Tigo Inverter to Homey and get detailed insights into your solar energy production.
Monitor your current power output, as well as your total generation. With the Tigo app for Homey, you can use this data to optimize your energy usage, create Flows, and keep track of your system’s performance — all in one place..
A Tigo EI Premium or Professional subscription is required.
So @Gruijter is it you looking for Tigo Cloud credentials or it’s @RM_de_Gruijter , or it’s just your 2nd nickname, a little bit confused now
FYI, the optimizers are connected via Cloud Connect Advanced (CCA) - can I check provided data myself, or it’s worth to share the credentials ?
There is/was also an option to get the data locally from CCA, but last time I checked, it’s not so simple anymore.
Also, please note, I’m using free tier - EI Basic - maybe for others might be worth to mention, because I understood that EI Professional provides much more data.
if you still need it, I can provide my credentials with the EI premium subscription.
My entirely Tigo system includes:
TSI-6K1D inverter
TS4-A-O2 optimizers
EI Battery TSB-6 storage and BMS
I recently installed and configured your app and I own Homey Pro 2023
Request: it would be perfect to have the following information available:
% of battery available at the moment (most important information)
amount of energy exchanged from the grid, punctual or daily
In my personal opinion, the information on total energy produced by the installation of the photovoltaic system is not very useful for practical purposes.
But I already managed to finish the app. The Tigo API only supports monitoring of inverters, so battery storage monitoring/control is not possible unfortunately.
Monitoring optimizers might be possible, but I do not see a solid use case for that. But maybe you and the rest of the Tigo community feels different.
Please do test the latest release and let me know what you think!
