Yes, some of our devices have CO2 sensors preinstalled, and the value shows in our Apollo Homey app.

Just how one should install any other device on Homey I guess (sorry if that was a part of your question as well):
Make sure the sensor device is reachable from your network;
install the Apollo app (https://homey.app/en-nl/app/com.apolloautomation/Apollo-Automation/);
add a new device;
select the Apollo app;
select the “Every Apollo sensor” device
and follow instructions

I have an R1 Pro that was working great on wif. However, ive now connected it via ethernet poe. Now when I add it to homey it gives 2 identical devices I can add (but can only select one in the process). It doesnt matter which one I choose but in both cases the unit is only added with the light control. All other sensors arent exposed. Have already reset and deleted and reinstalled the app. Maybe something in the ethernet firmware?

Didnt solve my poe issue. Still 2 devices i can add but neither exposes anyting but the led.
You’ve probably already done this, but I just want to double-check. Did you do a full uninstall and reinstall of the app and the device? Then please confirm you’re on the test app.
Thanks for troubleshooting. Does it find the device again, but it stops you from adding it?
Yes it finds it perfectly. But gets stuck on the screen i shared. I can cancel out of it but then nothing was added. Waiting also doesnt work.
Try the updated test app, please. It should be fixed now.
