[APP][PRO] Apollo Automation

Will try with a factory reset later on. Gotta go now…

But in fact, these 35 seconds don’t really bother me, but I’d like it to be more consistent: always 2-3 seconds or always 35 seconds, but not a mixture

Yeah it’s odd there’s sometimes a deviation of 30s.
Did you test this deviation with a basic flow? Like:
When sensor on: send message
When sensor off: send message

Yes, a basic flow. Do you think it would be different with an advanced flow?

No with basic I meant “as straightforward / simple as possible”
(I call both editors ‘standard flow’ & ‘advanced flow’).

These were meant as two test flows you could create:

AFAIK it makes no difference if you use standard or advanced flows for anything.
A trigger is a trigger, an action card is an action card.

As of v1.4.0 (test version) adds support for R-PRO-1 mmWave radar (with CO2 sensor).

Works well.

FYI The linked page disappeared, Justin @Apollo_Automation.
EDIT: Owh, probably because I’m not USA based

Apologies for the delayed response! Looks like our notifications got turned off!

Thanks for considering the AIR-1! It is not rated for direct weather exposure, but it will be fine under a roof! Please let me know if you need anything else!

Best,
Justin

Thanks for your support and sorry for the delayed response!

mmWave sensors are very sensitive and if there is anything moving in its line of sight then it can keep presence detection. Is there anything that could be triggering it?

Also, please feel free to reach out to our dedicated support team for an official ticket at: support@apolloautomation.com

We try to be active on here, but we are more available on our Discord: dsc.gg/apolloautomation and we also have a dedicated MTR-1 and support channel over there.

Let me know if you have any more questions!

Best,
Justin

Thanks for sharing our wiki! We try to cover everything with our guides, but if we’ve missed something please let us know!

Best,
Justin

The device has a captive web portal at its IP address with all of its sensor values. You might have to go to http instead of https?

Justin

@Doekse is our resident flow expert. He might be able to help here.

Justin

Yes, sorry about that. We only sell them in North America. We do ship to Canada and you can just shop directly from our store.

Best,
Justin

No, there is nothing in the line of sight that can influence the sensor as far as movement is concerned. The only thing I can think of are reflections of the mmWave signal.

Could that be a reason?

Tried both of them the moment DirkG came up with this idea….

No success…

Yes, reflections are possible.

You could use our guide to make zones to prevent this. Keep us updated!

I am using a other brand mmWave sensor but noticed the following:
It can see through my bathroom wall, i think the wall is made of cellular block concrete. So this could explain keeping the lights on.
It can also detect a ‘‘fan’’ like a person, maybe u have a ventilation-fan in the ceiling of the bathroom?

Not sure how sensitive the MTR-1 is, perhaps u can also play around with the sensitivity settings?
