Unfortunately, the app does not work. I have AdGuard running in the container (Raspi) on Home Assistant.
AdGuard can be accessed via its IP address. Both Homey early26 and Homey early23 crash with the same error message.
AdGuard Home is password protected, but the password is never requested.
It should request the password at the next step. Is the AdGuard Home web server on port 80?

I can also add a feature where you can specify the port.
That would be good, then it would definitely work for everyone.
Is it an Adguard monitor app?
You can enable/disable filtering and monitor your stats (total queries, blocked queries by filtering, blocked queries by parental control, blocked queries by malware/phishing and blocked queries by safesearch).
I don’t know what you mean by Adguard monitor app
Oh, I meant is it actually installing & running AdGuard on Homey? Or does it interact with an existing AdGuard instance @ my network?
No, that’s not possible (a Homey app cannot expose the DNS port (53). Besides that, it would take up a lot of resources.
My app communicates with an AdGuard Home instance and obtains the stats from there.
Got it.
Maybe it’s me, but I couldn’t figure that out by the description only, this seems to show it installs AdGuard. At least to me ![]()

I just updated the description, is this better?
Nice! Thanks.
I see that there are some crashes for the AdGuard Home app. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue. If you experience crashes, please mention what caused the crash/what you did before the crash occured.
