The tamper/sabotage alarm cannot be turned off, so to turn it off you will have to ensure that the tamper alarm “off” signal is sent.
80% of the time it doesn’t get turned off, is because the switch on the back (where it is stuck against the frame) is not pressed (both switches in the contact sensor must be pressed), even with the double-sided foam glue tape that comes with it, this is much of a problem.
(The remaining 20% is at-end-of-range issues, with a bad mesh)

In my opinion, these sensors are a poor design and are not recommended.
With some of my sensors, at one point it even happened that the inner tamper button no longer pressed properly because the housing was slightly warped, probably due to heat.
I have since replaced all the Fibaro sensors.
