With the Hub. With the BLE he couldn’t find the device.
I presume you sent the device log earlier?
If so, it seems you don’t have a SwitchBot hub to connect the Meter Pro to?
If that is the case, then the Hub version has no way to synchronise the data.

Did you try pairing the device to Homey (selecting the BLE version), while the SwitchBot app on your mobile phone was closed / not actively connected to the device? I can imagine that Homey may not pick up the device if communication with your phone is active.
Being connected to the phone shouldn’t make any difference as the devices are constantly sending broadcast messages that Homey uses.
I must admit, BLE on Homey is a bit random as some users have no problems but others can’t get anything. Even my three Homey’s are very different in their abilities to use BLE.

I installed the 2.0.32 because this one works with the switchbot lock ultra. But i noticed that a lock or unlock command in a flow takes time to process or doesn’t work at all. Going to the device i see sometimes the error “invalid token”.

Soo I’ve been testing the lock ultra, for the most part everything works fine, just a couple suggestions if they could be implemented/improved.
The status of the door and the lock have a huge delay updating their status.
In Flows, there is no option in the “and” like “a lock is locked” or “a lock is unlocked” would be good to have these options.
Anyway thank you for the work you keep doing with this app!
I don’t have experience with this device, but could it be that a tag is provided that contains the lock status and that you can select in/test via a standard Logic card?
No, i couldn’t find anything in Logic that would work for this purpose
There is a tag call Lock Status:
That will be set to either “Locked” or “Unlocked”.
I think it might also show something like “Latched” if you have the night latch option set and the lock is in the latched state.

It seems that switchbot has included lock, unlock and latch/deadbolt in there API V1.1 for almost all switchbot locks.
Yep, added the deadbolt option to the Ultra this morning and will publish it this evening.

I have a question for Switchbot air purifier table. I connected this device to homey and can control the device mode using the app. But in advanced flow I can only use this cards:
I’m missing a card for “Set mode to ‘mode’”. Can you add this?
My usecase is to set device mode like this:
- I’m at home and awake → AUTO
- I’m at home and sleeping → SLEEP
- I’m away → OFF
