Hello.

I’ve bought 2 of the new floor lamps, but cannot make homey find and add them. However, in the settings for the SwitchBot app in homey, it finds both of them, when I press Get Device but dosnt find them any of them when trying to add e new device in Homey.

It’s these devices:

What can I do?

Are you using the test version of the app. I’m waiting for new icons before I can make it live.

Yeap, it says its the Eksperimental version, but there’s no lamps, at all to choose, for new anyway.

Do you know when you’ll be able to implement it?

Is it version 2.0.47?

The floor lamp support is already in there.

It’s a bit weird, but they don’t seem to show up, but the app finds them when I press the Get Device button, but all my other devices works fine and shows up immediately, its just the new edition floor lamps.

Have you added the new floor Lamp, not just the old one?

Have you tried the Farvepaere (hub)?

I’m using the SwitchBot finder card with Apple FindMy and it’s working fine. In the SwitchBot iOS app I can add automations to use this card for presence detection. But it seems this is not mapped in the API. Does anyone used the finder card with scenes or automations and integration with Homey?

@Adrian_Rockall How can I contact SwitchBot to ask for API integration for this new tracker devices? Do you have an contact address?

Yes, all of them actually.

I think it’s maybe what Profile - dferch - Homey Community Forum is saying, but i don’t know if its the missing API or something else. Because they show up as devices but not discoverable

I didn’t realise they had two identical devices with different names. An update is coming to work with the type you have.

I’m tried to install the newest experimental version and added an api key in old settings

now I’m getting this error instead: HTTPS Error: Unauthorized

I double checked the key and secret and it matches. Even tried resetting the secret

Thanks works now. Somehow the app switched back several times to normal version after I installed teste version. But it work now. Thanks!

I’m using the test version for some days (because I need the K11+ robot support). Now I recognized, that my air purifier (table version) won’t use sleep mode. I activate it with this card:

The current release version choose ā€œSleepā€ mode and ignore the ā€œlevel 1ā€.
But the test version choose ā€œlevel 1ā€ in normal mode and ignores ā€œSleepā€.

Can you check, if something changes in the app code which forces this behavior ?

Looks like you changed something 3 weeks ago, when you added the K11+ support:

I have worked out the issue and a fix will be in the next update.

Hi Adrian, I’ve also been trying to install the Switchbot thermostats in my Homey Pro 23 since today. I have a Matter Hub Mini, a wall panel, and two radiator thermostats. Unfortunately, the new wall panel won’t connect to Homey Pro 23. This makes it difficult to use! Could you take a look at the panel and integrate it into the app? Thanks a lot! Wolfgang
