since a fews days the apps is not working anymore. When I go to the information log I have those messages coming regularly:

I don’t know if it is due to the fact that my Homey has upgraded to version 12.5.0 11 days ago.

Try disabling the app for an hour or so to see if that clears the issue.

It’s probably worth clearing the log first, then you get a fresh one when you enable the app again.
If it still fails, send the log and let me know the id it gives you.

I have reenable the app after 3hours disable.
It doesn’t work again.
I have send you the log with ID: 561923409.
I have a Code 400 error at the begining.

Error code 400 means the server didn’t like the request and that’s followed by error 401 which means unauthorised.
It could just be the Somfy server is having a problem or for some reason the login credentials are invalid. I presume you haven’t changed your password recently?

Need your expertise again. I included 3 Velux roof roller shutter using the ā€žVelux Rollladen (io)ā€œ. Although they have a silent mode, I canĖ‹t activate it in homey. When I try to activate the mode, the app throws the error ā€žMissing Capability Listener: quite_modeā€œ. Any idea what I can do?

I have applied the following and now it’s working again.

  • I have change my password for Tahoma
  • Login again on the Tahoma Apps
  • Make sure everything is working find
  • Request an another Token
  • Change the credentials and token on the Homey Tahoma apps.

Everything is back to normal. I haven’t lost my devices in Homey.

Can you send the Device Log from the App settings page so I can see what’s reported.

You can disable the app in the Apps section of Homey.

i want my sunscreen to close when i lose internet connection to the Homey pro 2023, but i looks like local controls are not working even though the information log says its local connected:

If you mean the one in the app settings page, then that is only required for the USA as their server update broke the login API. For everywhere else, the tokens are obtained via OAUTH using your username and password.

If you look at the Local Tokens tab that should list the local tokens that have been obtained.

Although Homey then connects to you box locally, I’m not sure what the box does if it has not internet connection. I have always assumed it should work.

ok thats weird then, i guess i will have to buy a switchbot and stick it onto the original remote thats lying somewhere for when the internet goed out :joy:

Is there a way to control some Somfy compatible equipment via a second Tahoma box using your app? I have a remote building on the same LAN as the main one but a bit too far for the Tahoma box signal. So, the idea is to install a second one over there.

Sorry, the app only supports one account and one box.
