If you press the up button on the remote, then you will need to press another button before the up button can be used again. It’s an issue with the API as it only sends a message if the button is different to the last one pressed.
The buttons don’t appear in Homey, so you can’t simulate a remote button press from the app, it can only be used to trigger a Flow.
If you enable Developer mode in your Somfy account, your Tahoma will advertise itself and the Homey app will automatically start using it. You can check if a local token has been obtained by looking in the app settings page on the local tokens tab.
I hope you don’t mind. I sended you a diagnostic report. Is see 3 result and one is saying: "Homey token undefined ". Maybe because i have 2 blinds and 1 sunscreen?

You should only have one local token per Homey, so not sure why you see 3.
The Diagnostics Log would suggest it’s using the local API but it doesn’t contain any conclusive evidence. Maybe enable the log in the App settings page and send that after a few minutes.
It seems like everything is working. I set a time in my homey to lower the blinds and open the sunscreen. Then i disconnected my modem cable from the internet so there was only local network. And it worked. Very happy with this. If ever the product will be discontinued or there is a problem with the cloud server it still works. Great job.
Hi! I just installed a new Somfy interior shutter (IO 230V motor) and paired to the Tahoma app. When trying to add theze blinds to my homet, I run into an issue:
There is no option to pair interior IO shutters;
It is possible to add the shutter as blinds, but then you don’t have the option to tilt the shutters;
Also tried to add as external shutters, but that is not possible.
Am I overlooking something here? Seems there is no support for this product?
Will send them. I requested the specs of the motor unit form the retailer (Sonesso 40). And noticed that also in the Tahome app the device wasn’t showed as a Shutter. So I called Somfy support:
Seems there are no dedicated io motors for interal shutters. These are all the same motors. So in essence, you’d only have a choice to fully close or open the product. I now found that opening it at 3% puts the shutters in a horizontal position. So i’ll create a flow in Homey to toggle between closed and horizontal shutters.
I think, as Somfy does not create a distinction between blinds and shutters in the Tahoma app, It’ll be impossible to do otherwise in Homey, right?
Hello, are there any problems with the app? For me, the roller shutters have only partially closed for days.
I only have a simple flow that should close all shutters from a certain time.
However, only a few close and always different.
I’m not aware of any issues.
If you have a Homey Pro, can you open the app settings, select the Information Log tab and enable the log. Then when you get a failure, go back to the log and tap on Send Log and let me know.
In the morning it all works without any problems only in the evening he doesn’t get due roller blinds. I have now set them at a time distance. Tonight will be tested
