yeah i figured as much. fibaro has subdevices on the z-wave master though so theoretically it should be possible but as somfy runs from cloud, the devices register all separate indeed. Even on tahoma hub they bind as separate devices. But like add the AMY 1 IO remote as picture for device install and install the temperature sensor is an option. This thermis wirefree sensor is confusing. Could also add a sidenote to the driver install of f.e. rollerblind.

I am trying to add some RS100 IO roller shutters in Homey without success. I selected both categories with and without silent mode. I use the latest version of of your application. I just created a diagnostic report 1f2086cf-8460-4d6e-a2c8-c942cf27a7c7.

If you are using a Homey Pro, can you open the app settings and select the Driver Support tab. That will tell you if your device is supported and what driver to use.
If you don’t see the tab, then install the test version.
I am using a Homey Pro with 2 Tahoma accounts. In the app settings, the credentials were those of the other box so I logged in with the credentials of the proper account and I can see the roller shutters in the list of supported devices but not yet added.
I was able to add them but now that I selected the secondary account , I cannot control the devices from the primary account anymore
The newly added roller shutters cannot be controlled in Homey Pro no matter I use the primary or the secondary account. There is something I don’t understand, when trying to add a device I can choose between the primary and the secondary Tahoma account but in the app settings I can only record a single account so I am a bit confused.
Do they need to be separate accounts ?
Reason that you can choose both accounts for driver install is because with io key the tahoma hub is connected local. Login is via cloud.
It seems you registered things in somfy cloud to both account , this doesn’t work for homey.
I have published a new test version with support for multiple accounts in the app settings page and fixes a bug when devices use different acounts.
I am impressed how fast you fixed the problem. After removing the newly added devices, I have added the secondary account in app settings and then was able to add again the IO devices using the primary account. I can now control my new IO roller shutters from Homey. Thank you so much for your support.
However, there is still a small issue not related to the multiple accounts. They only work in silent mode no matter which mode is selected in the app settings.
I need 2 different Tahoma hubs because the new devices are located in a area where the first Tahoma box has no coverage even though both are on the same local network (wired connection).
Ah ok. But they can co-exist on the same account.
