Issue might be caused by something else…
Logging into www.tahomalink.com, via laptop, after entering correct userID and password, results in an error on the server.
Ok, so that could be a different problem. Can you contact Somfy about that to see if they can help?
I also have a Somfy Connexoon and have these issues as well. When I try Tahomalink.com I get a error on the server message.
Help at Somfy is requested. Not sure I can reach the proper contacts. They claim to be out of office during the end year holiday week. If I have news I’ll post it.
Somfy tried to contact me. They have solved the issue somehow.
Access to Tahomalink is restored and devices can be added via Homey’s Bridge Somfy Tahoma & Connexoon app.

I also noticed the return has an optimal functioning.
the vr icons are active as it was the case on homey pro, and it seems to me this was not the case on bridge 
I am using Homey (Beta). Most of the things work great, however I have two motion blinds (screens actually) that show they are closed when they are in fact open.
In advanced settings I can find options to invert up-down / invert Tile Action / Invert Position, but setting any one of these to “yes” gives an error : “cannot read property “IndexOf” of undefined”.
Can you please look into this?
Is there a way to add timeline (history of actions) on io exterior blinds? Other devices have this pannel, but i cannot tell which flow triggered that flow on that blind… 
Unfortunately the timeline tab only works for boolean capabilities. I have asked Athom if they could expand it but they said it would require a big change so is unlikely to happen.
I have published a new test version to fix that issue.
Hello, was busy at work so can only do a follow up now.
1- I changed to new ID and password, that did not help…still refusing to connect to any server. Well that was until start of 2022 where now I can connect the connexoon fine to the homey app using the initial id pwd. Problem solved, then ? Nope coz the homey app cannot find the heat pump once paired with the connexoon and initial credentials.
So Problem 1 remains.
2- in between I tried the Tahoma light aka « connectivity kit » because it is much cheaper than a Tahoma Switch. Well, it does not manage my Atlantic heat pump. So end of story. Just for the record.
3- then I bought a Tahoma Switch that does manage the heat pump. Everything works fine with a different ID password than the connexoon. Homey app finds the pump, it is responsive to Homey commands… But after a couple of hours I have an alert in Homey on the pump.
It becomes irresponsive. I tried the auto repair invite. To no avail. Just runs its operation and comes back to starting point.
Problem 2 rises !
=> any thought would be appreciated, I have the feeling that I am close to finalise the heating function in my home. Hopefully before winter ends

I have installed the new test version, no error message, thanks.
However I set the “Invert Position” to “Ja” but the blinds (that are open) still show as closed in the app.
Or should I use another toggle?
Looking at the log now and trying to figure out how the error can occur.
The “Invert Position” will make the position value go from 100 to 0 instead of 0 to 100 so the slider should change. If you have a separate Open / Close feature then you might need to toggle the invert Up / Down option instead or as well.
Unfortunately, I have found different installations work in opposite directs to others so it can be a bit of trial and error to get the correct combination.

New version fixes my issues! Screens are now behaving like they should. Just inverted up/down. Thanks!!
