Ah, so you are using the SwitchBot app but this is the Somfy Tahoma topic, so I was confused.
The only fix in the SwitchBot app is a repair, but there are some issues with the SwitchBot login ATM.
Hello, for 2 days I have not been able to control some of my devices and the others work… for example my Somfy Outdoor Thermometer no longer reports temperatures, as well as an io lighting module that is impossible to control… it is not a problem of distance with the box because I have not changed anything and I also have velux windows that are further away and that I can control… I sent you an error report log id: -2004586328

The log shows that Homey can’t connect to Somfy.
Have you tried rebooting Homey?
yes I restarted the homey, restarted the tahoma, used the repair function in the device menu, also tried to disconnect then reconnect to the somfy application but still the same problems…

The new logs show that Homey is communicating via the cloud ok and getting tokens, but the Tahoma box is refusing the connection. Tha last time I saw that was after a bad Tahoma box update.

What version firmware is your Tahoma box on?
One issue on their GitHub repo suggests switching of the Tahoma box for at least 5 minutes. It says a quick reboot doesn’t solve the problem.
Thank you for your help. I followed the procedure to repair a failed update: unplug tahoma, plug it back in by pressing the middle round button for 13 seconds, the box flashes blue for a few minutes… everything works again ![]()

Hello there. Does this app support Somfy Lock Controller IO?
Got a Pergola with somfy controller. There is 2 channels for light. One is RGB, one is White. In the somfy app both are working fine, in the Homey App i only can add the White one, but not the RGB, doesnt matter which type of device i choose.
any idea?

Sorry Diagnostics log is useless in this case. You need to open the app settings page and select the Device Log tab, then Get Log and then Send Log.

I can’t seem to find your log in my developer dashboard and it hasn’t been emailed to me. What version of the app are you using?
