There are lots of smart home devices on sale on Amazon.
I tried to go for Z-Wave or Z-Wave + so far but the plugs and sensors there are mostly 2,4GHZ Wifi and Homekit Devices. Do they make sense? Would at least Homekit devices work on Homey without a Homekit Brigde/Center just by using the HK app on homey?
the homekit app(s) are only so homekit can control Homey, it is not the other way around, so as long as there is no Homey app, they most likely will not work with Homey.
