I’m doing some maintenance to my Zigbee network trying to clean it up a bit before adding some more devices. In DevTools there is a column named “Last seen” which would be really handy for the user when troubleshooting and for maintenance actions. However, in my list each and every device is marked “?”. Refreshing the web page, clicking the refresh button top right, restarting Homey, clicking “Interview” has no effect. I have searched for this issue and even asked AI but this seems not to be a common thing for many users. Am I missing something, have I done something wrong or what else?
The system is reasonable stable and I’m able to control devices, interview them and I do see that the routing changes from time to time. So what gives?
I’m on a Homey Pro (Early 2019) version 12.4.8 and using Firefox 156.0 for Homey Developer Tools.
Here is a screenshot of my list:
I was afraid that this is yet one more of the “We have left the early adopters with the white ball behind” from Athom. I hope not…but this mentality made me unsubscribe from Athoms newsletter some time ago.
Sadly my experience with Homey support is not that good. So if the forum doesn’t know of a fix for this I think I’ll have to live with it. I don’t have the energy to be the driving force for months to get this fixed.
Good to know guys! This means this is not unique to me and my system and with more people reporting this we can deduct it’s a global issue, maybe only for 2019-devices though.
But if we (our support) don’t hear from, we might not know what’s going on. The team is always happy to help out and look into things. Please feel free to create a support ticket
I think this won’t be added for the older Homey’s, right? Just like all the other new features with BLE, Zigbee and Z-Wave, only for Pro 2023 and newer unfortunately.
Sorry Doekse…I was massively burnt by my first support ticket that drug on for months where I was banging my head against a brick wall trying to get help to no avail. The issue got resolved by myself after ignoring information from your tech-guys.
And as smarthomesven writes…the feeling is that Athoms sole focus nowadays is the newer hardware and new customers.
