Alexa ne fonctionne plus

Alexa doesn’t work sine last update.

I tried to remove everything but nothing run anymore.

My echo dot and spit run correctly but nothing my echo.

I’m alone to have this problem ?

I am fed up with Alexa and homey, is there a solution to resolve this problem ?

I’ve found what happens in my case. While Alexa echo is installed, Alexa won’t run. It seems you can not have more than 1 connection active to Amazon.
