Alexa doesn't see new flows

I’m using the Amazon Echo app because the Alexa app won’t connect to any server, it just says “error: error is not defined”,

I’ve made my new flow a favorite and told alexa to discover devices but it didn’t find the new flow.

Any ideas on how I can fix this? BTW I’ve updated all the software.

Sometimes Homey is very very slow to move things over and the other way too - its slow to discover matter devices.
In my experience, delete it as a favourite, shut the apps down and try again.

Alexa isnt the best either and it can duplicate and lose devices / routines easily. Ive tried many times to discover devices and got nothing, only to find they auto added. Have a search around and check for typos!

Unless something new has broken recently, its been a pretty slow process all along.

so is this an Alexa issue or a Homey issue?
I made a flow a favorite and ran discover devices only to have alexa not find any new flows. So I’m in the middle of making an Alexa routine but I have to stop and remember to keep trying until Alexa sees the new flows and then finally make the Alexa routine…. :grimacing:

Good question.
I have just started the epic move over to SHS
Ive deleted everything from Alexa so ill have the joy of trying

Its been nice to scrap all the duplicate devices and trim down flows etc.

Okay, this is ridiculous. I need the Homey devs to explain exactly how I can use Alexa with homey flows.

I have made my flows favorites and I have had alexa discover devices and flows but nothing.

I the homey flow names do not show in alexa then how can I make it “run” an unlisted flow???
