Same thing happened to me as well. I had my favorite flows in Homey (all starting with Start) and then I embedded them into an Alexa routine. As of yesterday, When I call up the flow via Alexa command I get the Alexa OK abut nothing happens. The devices are working fine (even when commanded through Alexa), the flows are working if initiated via Homey app. I have tried to disable and re-enable the routine in Alexa but issue did not fix. I also deleted the routine completely and did it again from scratch still no fix. I ended up creating a routine without the flow but simply with multiple devices and this one worked…so the issues seem to be the favorite flows that do not run anymore via Alexa routines and voice commands, help is greatly appreciated!
