Yes, I am fully aware of the Homey Link app, and I have already considered that. But as you mention you still have to run all your apps that use the Homey radios on the Homey Pro, so defeats the purpose of my suggestion, as it doesn’t truly improve the scalability of Homey.

Yeah, HomeyLink feels a bit half-baked. Unfortunately Athom have dismissed the idea of turning Pros into Bridges so unless they do a 180-degree turn it won’t happen. That said, Athom has made several “course corrections” over time so who knows.

Maybe if enough people want such functionality they might consider it. That was my hope of posting this suggestion, as it would allow users setups to grow and stay loyal to the Homey ecosystem.

You can use HomeyLink, though it does require you to run the Zigbee/Z-Wave/433/IR/BLE apps that you want to use on the Homey Pro. You can keep LAN/Cloud/Tools apps on the SHS in that case.
