Good to know that you are not an official moderator. Seems to me that you often correct other members of the forum so I was unsure. Don’t you think that it would be better to only write when you actually have something constructive to contribute with?
You’re reacting in a thread that’s more than a year old, and you already tried the solutions proposed by the community, which didn’t solve your problem. So there’s clearly still a bug in Homey, and bugs can only be fixed by Athom, and Athom doesn’t read this forum, so you should contact them.
Or just sit here and moan. Your choice.

It’s not location dependent, as you could read 2 posts above yours 
What’s the current time/date format @ your phone running Homey app?
Because:
When your phone’s time/date format is different and how you prefer it:
→ not solvable by forum users;
→ bug probably isn’t (entirely) fixed, or something else is wrong.
I can only repeat Robert’s advice
→ report issue to Athom
