The quickest way to check whether a device is supported is to search the app store. If you can’t find the specific device, have a look for the brand of device you are looking for.
If no app is found, you can make a request to Athom or the Homey Community to add support. See [Requests] Official Homey App and Device Request for ways of doing that.

I’m considering buying motorized blinds from the StoresDiscount website. They work with Tuiss SmartView.
From what I can see, the product is not connected to the internet and only has Bluetooth connectivity. I assume it should be possible to pair it with the Bluetooth on a Homey Pro (or Homey Bridge), right?
Has anyone already tried this setup?
No, you’d need a specific app for the device. You can request one here:
Note that it’s probably encrypted Bluetooth communications as well, since the app requires an online account (usually this means that your device can only be controlled using tokens from your account, to prevent strangers nearby from controlling your devices).
Today I created a dev tuiss app. Feel free to test it and please let me know if you have issues. Just press the button 4 seconds… it wil tilt once, than you will be able to find the motor for a few seconds.

At the settings parts, you can “select reverse direction” if needed.
mobile app will remain working and you should use the mobile app to set upper limit and lower limit.
