Zigbee soil moisture sensor integration

Soil moisture sensenors from thirdparty are suppoed to fit with Homey. Thus I bought 3 of them but i failed to connect any of them to homey. Someone could help me? Thanks

Which ‘third party’ are you referring to?

Do you mean perhaps “Third Reality”?
Can you describe the problem in more detail?
Does an error message appear? If so, what does it say?

Sorry Yes it is thirdreality

the device soil moisture sensor appears in the menu of devices available in the list in homey concerning thirdreality then when I do the process to pair the sensor, homey displays “a problem occured , please try again”. I have 3 sensors and the message was always the same and of course I tried again many times.

best regards

Have you already restarted your Homey via the Homey smartphone app?
Have you already performed a PTP?
How far away from Homey did you try to add the sensors?
Are you already using other Zigbee devices? If so, which ones and how many?

Yes I did restart homey

I tried to add the sensor close to homey from 1,5 m to 10 cm, and I also tried to add the sensor close to my other Zigbee devices plug on the power (switch). Nothing worked

Please be specific, restarting Homey does not solve stuff a PtP (leave it unplugged for 10 - 15 minutes) can.

This question by Dirk is asked for a reason:

When the sensors are the first zigbee devices you’d like to add, consider resetting zigbee.
First set your 2.4GHz wifi channel to either 1, 6 or 11.
Why?

Note: I had to reset zigbee 4 times until I could add devices.
