Is it possible to use Google Fit or my Ticwatch Pro 3’s sleep status to somehow trigger the awake and sleep presence on Homey flows?
If those devices/apps send (or can send) a status notification on an android phone, it is possible.
The Macrodroid app can read these notifications and you can send a webhook to Homey if the notification matches the trigger criteria
