Even with migration I think you still have problems when Internet + power goes down.
It just S**s the Bridge needs Internet to function. With that, SHS will never be an alternative to run primary…
Agreed, I think we’re on the same page actually. As I mentioned in the post I think migration will enable more use cases such as the “backup homey” and maybe some users who think their Internet is rock solid. I’m thinking of SHS as a potential “backup Homey” which works nicely with monthly subs model because then I can just spin one up when needed and pay for it as long as I need. That needs solid migration to be viable though.
Exactly as you say, to unlock the primary solution use case it would need the ability to use Bridge for RF devices without Internet dependency.
