Visualization of a timer in the dashboard

Hello everyone, I’m new to Homey PRO and am currently putting together a dashboard. I’d like to display a timer on the dashboard for my Hunter irrigation system. Ideally with a countdown progress bar or similar visually appealing graphic elements. How could I implement something like this? Do I need a Virtual Device for this? Are there actually any tutorials for these Virtual Devices? I think this Virtual Device app is quite powerful, but I don’t quite understand it yet. Or could the Chronograph app perhaps help me? Many thanks for your help and best regards, Niklas

Flowbits has a timer-widget

Ok, I’ve just installed the app…but how does it work now? Can you help me a little bit? Thanks so much!

Regards, NiklaS

Create a timer by using ‘start timer XX’-THEN-card.
Execute this card by right-click the card and press play.

Now the timer exists.

In dashboards press +. Select Apps. Scroll to flowbits. Select timer-widget. Select desired timer.

That sounds very simple, and I’ve tried to implement it. I’ve created a flow that I start manually using the ‘Start Timer Zone with 5 min’ card. I then added the slider to the dashboard, but that’s where I’ve got stuck because I need to select something in the ‘Slider’ section of the ‘Custom’ area. But the flow isn’t showing up as an option there. I’m starting to get a bit frustrated that I can’t even manage such simple :frowning:

Are you using the slider? Try the Timer widget.

Timer Widget works, but how does it work with the slider?

I don’t know. Maybe the manual helps:
