I’ve been trying to connect a Vision Security A/C Siren (ZSS02), but the “add” fails.
I have used this device on another Z-wave hub before (Fibaro) and I know it works fine.
When I add the device to Homey (Visio Security app), I select add on the hub, then click on the function button on the device, the hub seems to accept that command and moves on to the second step, which is the same as step 1 (press the button for at least one second).
After that, the homey app shows as if twas processing the “onboarding” of the device, but fails after a while.
has anyone had this same issue too?
if so, is there any known fix?
