Use time conditions with variabtel?

I would like to use these condition cards to check the time frame in which the flow should run.

But I would like to set the hour by variables to change the condition/variable in a dashboard.
The card doesn’t take tokens. Is there a way to use time conditions in a dynamic way?

Take a look in the Timey app.
There you can use a tag with some time format.
