Thanks for your reply - I have now removed the Cloud Homey. How do I contact support? When going through the support link it always points me back the this community?

Yeah that’s a maze indeed. I believe choosing “My account” and than “Other” results in a Homey Contact form.

I was able to accept the invite in a web browser after disabling all tracking/adblocking protection (I have a Pi-Hole in my home and use NextDNS on mobile devices when not home).
