Unknown API Error when accepting invite

Hi,

I’m evaluating the Homey Self Hosted Server. I am trying to get local access to the server. I have created an invite. When I click the ‘Accept’ button on the shared url I get 'Unknown API error.

I am using the proxmox image version 13.1.5

I have tried the invite creation and acceptance on both my android phone and on my laptop

Any Ideas.

Also due to me making the wrong selection during my account creation I have ended up with both a Self-hosted and a Cloud Homey. I can’t see how to remove the ‘Cloud’ Homey.

I see a similair issue in here. Best to contact Athom.

You can remove it like explained here.

Thanks for your reply - I have now removed the Cloud Homey.

How do I contact support? When going through the support link it always points me back the this community?

Yeah that’s a maze indeed. I believe choosing “My account” and than “Other” results in a Homey Contact form.

I was able to accept the invite in a web browser after disabling all tracking/adblocking protection (I have a Pi-Hole in my home and use NextDNS on mobile devices when not home).

Since you are using all kinds of adblocking, you might want to whittelist this one as well: api3.branch.io
