Since the last update of Ubiquity Unifi Cloud Key the Unifi Protect app has stopped working.
The app returns an error not_found in its settings.
Tried both port 7443 and 443.
Any suggestions?
Fyi there is also a problem with the Ubiquity Unifi Network app.

[/quote] I had the same issue. Try to remove the app and reinstall it. You can search and find the cloud key after this action.
I encounter the same problem for the cloud key. Maybe because of 2 factor authentication. Hope someone knows a solution!
With 2FA enabled it won’t work. For the unifi app, lots of info in its own topic.
I was able to solve it yesterday finally!
You should never disable 2FA!
Just create a local user. I also had to reinstall the app as mentioned above.
