Homey only allows for a fixed price to be configured in the energy tab however I and many others have different Electricity tariffs. I’m on a EV tariff where it costs cheaper during off peak times and expensive at peak times. The Dynamic rates seems to be unavailable in the UK so unsure if that would’ve allowed me to configure this. Is there anyway we could have this implemented or is there a workaround to make this work. Thanks
If we can’t have dynamic…at least give 30 min slots….my off-peak is 11:30pm thru 5:30am to at least make more sense of the costings
I’m in the same boat — my EV tariff is roughly half price overnight, so the fixed rate makes the cost tracking pretty meaningless for me too. Fully agree on the 30-minute slots; off-peak windows rarely start exactly on the hour. Fingers crossed Homey adds proper time-of-use pricing, it would make the energy tab so much more useful for UK tariffs.
