Maybe you can place 2 diodes, serial connected, in the + powerline to reduce the voltage for the Qubino, min. 1.5A diodes.
Looks perfect, not sure how many you need for the right voltage drop, so you better order 5 pcs. Qubino max. Voltage is 24 + 10%.
The min amount to buy was 25
Will the lift work OK with 26.4 volt
Tell me if you have done the test, I don’t have this lift, but probably it will work, 
but don’t use them all 25 
I solded 4 of the diods and got 26.8 volt
It works good
