It is very frustrating that tuya its gone. I have 13 tuya devices and they stopped working. Do we know when it will be fixed or how to make tuya devices online again.

You can use the official Tuya app which can be found in the Homey App Store.
Just FYI, I guessume you use(d) the Tuya Cloud Community app;
if so, one of these two situations below probably was the cause of “they stopped working”:
A. Your internet IP address was changed by your provider
B. You forgot to extend the free trial period by another 6 months
.
Or you did not read the fine manual ![]()
Of course, it’s just my luck! I’ve used the official Tuya app since it launched, but not its not working anymore. I read somewhere that Homey and Tuya aren’t working together anymore. Strange it says the tuya app is official.
I don’t use the Tuya Cloud. Normally, you shouldn’t even need a manual to add a device—duuhhh!
It’s good, but it’s still not a pro system; there is just too much fiddling.
PS: I’ve had it since it first came out.

The official Tuya App for Homey is currently broken for new users due to Tuya revoking API access. You will get an error saying “No matching app user information”. We are working together with Tuya on fixing this issue.

There is a new official Tuya app that does work again:
You’re now mixing the issues of the “old new” Tuya app by Athom, with the the new-ish Tuya app by Drenso V.O.F. (agent of Athom), which is it’s successor.
The latter, as already linked to by Abe, works fine:
Peter_Kawa: This did the trick. A little work to get things over but hopefully it will stay there.
Thanks for the link.

No problem. It’s been pretty vague when it comes to Tuya apps.
