Hi there!
I’m new here but was hoping you can help me out.
I got a tuya smart camera as a gift from a friend of mine who works at a home security firm.
The only problem is he can’t recall the account it was bound to and tuya doesn’t let me bind it to mine even if I reset it until I Unbind it from the previous one.
Tuya support just sends me a copy pasted response and tells me to Unbind it from the account.
Any suggestions on who I should try and contact or is there another way to fix this?
