[APP][Pro] Trafikkollen – Swedish public transport and traffic app – Looking for testers
Hi everyone!
I’ve been working on a Homey Pro app called Trafikkollen, specifically designed for people living in Sweden, and wanted to see if anyone here would be interested in testing it.
The idea came from wanting to bring Swedish public transport and road traffic information into Homey, making it possible to check departures, monitor traffic and use that information in Flows.
The app is still in testing, so I’d really appreciate some feedback from anyone in Sweden willing to give it a try.
What I’ve implemented so far
-
Live departures for buses, trains and trams across Sweden, including delays and cancellations.
-
Commute information showing when to leave, connections and expected arrival times.
-
Swedish road traffic information, including accidents, roadworks, queues and traffic cameras.
-
Road ferry information for around 35 locations in Sweden.
-
Flow cards for departure reminders, traffic disruptions, frost warnings and engine heater automation.
-
Three dashboard widgets for departures and commute information.
Testing the app
The app uses Swedish traffic data from Trafiklab and Trafikverket, so you’ll need free API keys from both services. I’ve included instructions in the app settings to help with the setup.
If anyone in Sweden is interested in helping test it, here’s the test version:
Feedback
I’m particularly interested in hearing whether everything works as expected in different parts of Sweden, especially with public transport and road ferries.
If you find something that doesn’t work or have suggestions for improvements, please let me know here in the thread.
You can also report issues on GitHub:
The app supports both Swedish and English, so feel free to reply in either language.
Thanks to anyone willing to help test it!
