Third Party - Homey Integration

Hello, I’m trying to create a web page with my house’s 3D plan, and I’d like to use it to control my Homey Pro devices.

This is what I want to use:

Is this something the WebAPI can communicate with? And is there something similar out there, either an app to send/receive commands over http for Homey?

Could you please advise if I can establish a connection between Homey and a third party tool/website?

You can use MQTT for that.
