I’ve searched around but haven’t found anything. Is there any support for the TP-Link Tapo L535E bulb? Seeing how they are on sale at Amazon for $9 it would be a nice addition.
None of the apps list support for the L53xx bulbs.

At the moment, neither of the two TP-Link apps seems to support this bulb. However, you can contact the app developers and ask if they are willing to add this bulb to their app.
But according to the info on the website of the bulb, this bulb supports Matter. For this reason there is no App needed at all if you own a Homey Pro 2023. However, it is possible that not all functions are available via Matter, e.g. predefined light scenes.
