Switching from Homey Pro Lite to Homey Pro is there a guide or YouTube video that steps you through the process in easy to understand language.

This model does not exist. Are you perhaps referring to the Homey Pro Mini?
Or the Homey Cloud variant?

AFAIK that’s not possible (yet). You would need to migrate everything manually.
