Recently, I can’t see anymore the status of a my security contacts when I open Homey on my Iphone and iPad. I have to perform some random activity in the app first, and then the blue dot reappears on the relevant tiles if the contact is in alarm.
When I open the Homey on my computer, I immediately see that a contact is in alarm.
What could be the cause of this?
