You can likely add them with the “Generic Device” from the eWeLink app:
Note that you need a Sonoff ZBBridge to connect it.
and as a generic device, do you have the same settings it would have once implemented?
It should show all functions in the dropdown, AFAIK eWeLink’s generic device is similar to the Tuya generic devices
