A stupid question, how can I tell the app that is work for a water meter…?

My guessumption would be you’ll have to add the ‘Smart Gateways Water’ device as well to Homey

I allready try, but with this I get a server error… if I take a look in the protocol .

If I setup as IR it communicates but it’s looks like it is for gas not for water

Ingo, I think the best you can do is to contact the dev by email, or create a so called issue @ the github repo.
