Hi, I have just recently purchased the Homey Pro so am a complete noob when it comes to understanding how it works…I have downloaded the Sky Q app and it has installed without any issues, I have connected my device and it all went well, however after a short time the device has come up with the red triangle saying the device has timed out. i have come out the app and started again but same issue, removed app and reinstalled…same issue. Any ideas on how to overcome/resolve this issue, thanks in advance.
