Hi there. As I have a Conbee III domgle I thought that could be a good companion to get Matter over Thread devices inn my SHS server.
Seems easy to flash the conbee, but example is only for HA.
Is it possible at all to use the conbee for this purpose. I have already a Homey Brigde, so alle legacy protocols/radios is covered with that.
Other otions possible if the conbee way is not usable ?
The Conbee, whether 2 or 3, is not suitable for Homey. At the moment, there is no way to use a different antenna or stick other than the Homey Bridge.
You only have the option of running the Conbee on Home Assistant. You can register your devices there and then integrate them into Homey using the Home Assistant Homey Community app.
I see. So far only option is to add matter devices to my Apple TV and share them to Homey. That works, but I didn’t want to involve that way of work
