Shelly relay switch and http request flow cards app

Hello. It is possible to get state of inputs S1 or S2 in flow in “And” Condition via http request flow cards app? In shelly app i have “Output switched off URL” and in homey flow “And” condition I have four options ( “Get code Is”, “Get (querry) code is”, "Get JSONpath is’’ and “Tag JSONpath is”). I dont know how to get state of inputs. Any help? Thank you.
