Hey I have an Older Ring door bell/cam. But since a couple of months it doesnt trigger the door rings anymore. I tried removing and re-adding the device but unfortunatly no luck there. The ring alerts are on in Alexa app. On both the motion alerts are on (they also dont trigger anymore :frowning: ) Please can you check on this?
I send a diagnostic report after my test rings.
I am moving away from my Echo’s and now it became clear this problem exists, I need them now for my home build smart speakers to get the announcements.

Camera stream works fine just like the battery level
