Hello Guys,
Im having a Ring V1 doorbell and im having 2 problemen with it.
First, the image grabber function is not working well. After re-adding the doorbell, it works a couple of times, but than it stops.
Second, after some days/weeks, the connection between the doorbell and homey breaks completely and I have to install it again.
I adde it again a couplet of times now but it is not reliable. Is this a common issue? And, is there something I need to change in the official ring app on my phone?
Last but not least, is there no official topic for this app? I couldnt find it.
