We discussed this with our engineering team, and unfortunately, the current product hardware does not support adding a battery level display function through OTA updates.
We really appreciate your suggestion, and we will consider adding this feature to our future product designs.

Or does the sensor itself not provide this information? However, I haven’t seen a single Zigbee end device that can’t display its battery status.
Yes, this sensor itself does not have a battery level reporting function. The battery status information is not provided by the device, so it cannot be displayed through the app or gateway. It would require hardware and firmware support from the sensor side to add this function.
