My Homey stopped in the middle of its first initial configuration when it was downloading the voices. Since then , the light is red.
I want to reset to its factor state, but when i put it upside down for 10 sec, nothing happpen. No homey wifi appears.
Any idea?

Have you tried to turn of the power, wait for about 15 minutes, turn the power back on and after a minute turn the Homey upside down?
