This exact flavor of sustained values can be checked using the Device Capabilities app @Peter_Kawa mentioned earlier:
The app not only provides the ‘is equal to’ test, but also the ‘is greater/smaller than’ and several other variants. Next to numeric capabilities, it also works with booleans and strings.
Though this is a community app, it might enable you to move away from some of the other apps you mentioned, so still contributing to your purpose of reducing the number of community apps.
