Quality of Homey Support - Not Impressed!

By way of an update, I received a response from Homey support to say Aeotec’s developers have been able to replicate the error and acknowledge there is a defect which will be fixed in the next release of the app. No update on when that will be though. Positive in that it looks like it may be fixed. Negative is that I don’t know when and it has already been 3 months that I have had a garage door that does not function as it should.
