I use Chrome’s standard/build in print function. You can select the standard PDF printer provided by Chrome.
In the printer settings window you can specify the zoom level. It shows you the zoomed out page as a preview. For large canvases, just zoom out until the complete flow fits the preview and then print it.
When opening the PDF you, of course, need to zoom in, but all the details are there (it’s a high quality PDF).
